Software for running construction sites. Everything that currently sits on notepads, in your phone's camera roll and in spreadsheets goes into one place: projects, defects, daily and dayworks reports, hours, drawings, documents, equipment and subcontractors. Everyone sees the same information, and you decide who gets access to what.

You aren't. There is no minimum contract term. The contract runs monthly and renews automatically unless you cancel — and you can cancel at the end of any month, without giving a reason. No twelve months, no twenty-four. The setup fee is charged once at the start.

That's deliberate. If innBuild isn't doing anything for you, we don't want to hold you with a contract.

You add individual users for €8 per month, on any plan. As soon as the next plan would be cheaper than adding more, we switch you over ourselves — that happens at 12, 25 and 44 users. You don't have to think about it and never pay more than would be necessary.

It works the same way down: if your team shrinks, we move you back. You decide which accounts are suspended, not us. Changes always take effect at month end.

Then we don't downgrade automatically — we get in touch first. Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked.

You then have two options: add extra storage, which is usually still cheaper than the larger plan. Or export completed projects — we supply the full project file as an archive with every report and photo, you put it in your own storage, and then it fits.

No. The €199 setup fee covers the technical setup of your area — creating the tenant, the administrator account, your logo. Training is booked separately so you only pay for what you actually need.

Most firms take the two-hour introduction for their administrator. If you want to bring the whole team along, the team training suits better. Unused hours stay available for twelve months.

All of them. innBuild is a web application and runs in any current browser — Windows, macOS, Linux, iPad, Android tablet, phone. There is nothing to install.

On a tablet or phone you add the page to your home screen. It then opens like an app, full screen and without an address bar — including camera access for your site photos.

The interface adapts to the screen. On a tablet you work on the drawing; in the office you get the reporting on a full-size monitor.

No. You open app.innbuild.de and sign in — no setup, no server installation, no IT department needed.

On a tablet or phone we recommend adding the page to your home screen: in Safari via Share and Add to Home Screen, in Chrome via the menu and Add to Home screen. It takes ten seconds, and after that your people launch innBuild with one tap like any other app.

There is currently no dedicated app in the App Store or Google Play — we will let you know when that changes. The upside of the current approach: we deploy updates, you always work with the latest version and nobody has to download anything.

Order a plan using the form, or call us. We then create your area and email you the administrator account. From there you add your own staff, assign roles and upload your company logo. This is usually done within one working day — and if you like, we'll walk through the setup together on the phone.

Almost always, yes. Anyone who can use a smartphone can use innBuild. It is built around how sites actually work: tap the defect, take a photo, done — not five menus deep.

And if someone doesn't speak German, the interface is available in English and Spanish, set per person.

Yes. In a basement or a dead spot you carry on as normal — recording defects, taking photos, booking hours. As soon as the device has a connection again, innBuild syncs everything.

Exclusively in certified data centres in Germany. We operate the systems ourselves and monitor hardware and connectivity around the clock. Processing is GDPR-compliant, and we provide a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. Backups are included in every plan.

Every person with their own account is one user, regardless of how many devices they use. External parties who only sign a report do not need an account and therefore do not count: they receive a time-limited link. If you outgrow your user count, you move up a plan without losing any data.

You add storage in 100 GB steps for €19 per month, independent of your user count. Or you move up a plan. We get in touch before it becomes tight — you shouldn't have to watch that yourself.

Our development team is in house, so yes. Smaller requests often go straight into one of the next releases and then benefit everyone. For larger changes we will quote you. Just ask — the question costs nothing.
