We build software for people who actually build
innBuild is a product of innData Kommunikationssysteme. For more than 20 years we have been doing IT for trades and service businesses — close by, reachable, without the consultant jargon.
Why innBuild exists
It started with a phone call. A building contractor, a customer of ours for years, asked whether we could do something about his paperwork. Not the accounts, not the network — the bits of paper. Photos on five phones, site diaries in a ring binder, hours on notepads, and nobody quite sure which drawing was the valid one.
So we went and looked. Not at a presentation, but on the site, wearing a hard hat. And it became clear: the software out there was either built for large corporations or pretended a building site was an office. Neither fitted.
So we started building. First for that one firm, then for the next. Every feature in innBuild exists because somebody needed it — not because it looks good on a slide. Which is also why innBuild has no features nobody uses.

How we work
We don't tie you down
There is no minimum term. You can cancel at the end of any month, without giving a reason. We think a supplier should win you over through its work, not through a clause.
Your data belongs to you
Everything runs in certified data centres in Germany, GDPR-compliant, with a data processing agreement. What you put into innBuild stays yours — including on the day you leave.
One contact, not a ticket system
You call and someone picks up who knows who you are. When something breaks we tell you what's going on instead of putting up a status page.
